Add Context Menu to Accounts

You should be able to right-click on a group or account in the left side menu, and select a "Mark all as read" option, which will mark all tweets in that group/account read. There could be other relevant options in the context menu as well, similar to Mail.app (and most email clients) or NetNewswire.
