Add Option to Follow Tags
Is it possible to add option to follow tags on twitter? They can appear in the left menu and look similar to groups submenu

If indeed this about hashtags, you follow these by saving them as a saved search. Yeah a lot of people seem to struggle with discovering how to save a temporary search on their the first time.
We will likely have to update the +/- graphics to Save/Delete buttons, which is too bad in my opinion. We will be reworking the process with additional bar and experiment with that, but I tried to avoid because it will use space I would prefer to use displaying tweets.

Inappropriate?I am assuming they are reffering to the # tags often used in posts to reference a concept, technology, or event. For example:
MMcCubbing can't wait until #HTML5 is finalized.
This allows people to easily find posts that are about that topic.

Inappropriate?You can follow a hashtag by simply saving it as a search. No need to implement this a separate feature.
However... the process of making it a saved search could be streamlined. -

I found it confusing because of two reasons:
1. The + button doesn't have a rollover tooltip telling you what it does.
2. The + button is next to the Filter Tweets box, and I thought it was going to save the search I performed there. -
Yeah that is an issue. We are actually missing button scopes on that toolbar which the toolbar. They are about actions on tweets in the view, but the +/- buttons is about acting on the search term itself.
