Can't add searches anymore
I think this reproduces the problem:
1) Add two twitter accounts
2) Add a search on one
3) Delete that search (it doesn't delete)
4) In bottom-left of screen, click "Synchronize searches"
The old one that wouldn't delete now disappears and you can no longer add searches. Please give me a way to reset the search state!

Inappropriate?That was my only search. The problem magically went away...

This was a Twitter issue then. We will be improving the error handling inside of Nambu as we go along. It is not very good currently.
