Add Customization of Dock Count for Groups/Searches
I would love to see the "unread tweets counter" be a little more customizable! Instead of the number counting the total unread tweets, maybe users could choose which groups would contribute to this number. In addition to choosing which groups contribute to the number displayed, it would be VERY useful to possibly have two or three small notification numbers on the task bar icon - one could be for @replies towards you, another could be the total unread tweets from your selected groups, and the last could be the total unread tweets.
Ideally, users could choose how many "notification balls" they wanted, each would be colour-coded (purple could be used for @replies, yellow for your selected groups, and red for the total), each ball's colour could be changed by the user, etc. etc.
Below is a picture of the regular "notification ball" that I've been referencing. If only I could control what tweets it should notify me of and change it's colour!

Inappropriate?Yes this is in the queue. We currently have an option to only show a dock counter for unread counts in @mentions and Direct, but this does not currently work. We will fix it soon.
Beyond the ability to customize further is a little tricky to do elegantly, but this is the queue. -
Inappropriate? My opinion only - I don't particularly like the unread tweets number showing the sum of all tweets (Home, Mentions, Direct, Sent, Favorites, Groups, Searches). I think the number should only reflect the Home unread twits (the one at the bottom panel that shows the blue Nambu logo with the red ellipse with the number inside). If you need clarification, I can snap a screen shot. Version 1.9.1.2b (327)

Inappropriate? We have updated this now quite a bit to update 1.9.1.9b which allows you to remove search results and trends updates.

Inappropriate? We have added a more clear, and extensive set of controls for this. What we have now in 2.0.9b is as far as we are going to go on this.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?I think it would be good if we could see the unread count for each category when we open Nambu. For instance, if I have 5 unread items in the "search" category, a "5" would appear, so that I knew I new search tweet.
If not possible, at least a different color, to differentiate.
