A reply all option would be great. This is how it would work. Sometimes in twitter you are having a conversation with more than one person so personA sends a tweet to me and personB. If I click reply then I would get a @personA in the entry window. If I click reply all then I would get @personA and @personB in the entry window.

Yes this is something we will be adding. Thanks for suggesting it. We have a bunch of new tweet gear menu options coming very soon. This will be one of them.
